Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I am trying to find out why so many chevrolet/gm. vehicles that year and older seem to be having a problems with the paint just bubbling up and peeling off. the paint on my van is starting to do the samething.i see vehicles every day with the same problem.i have never seen paint do this before. it is not the fault of the owner. yet chevrolet will not take any responsibility for it ! is there any thing i can do ? i've thought about making a photo journal, to show them what a problem this is.do you know if there was a problem with paint that year?thanks for your help. brenda clendenen. *ak
