Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: While braking on a slick road surface or with wet disks or while hitting a bump, the anti lock brakes activate but fail to re-engage. this causes the vehicle to continue with out slowing down. if the pedal is released and re-applied sometimes you can stop the vehicle or the emergency brake can be applied. this has happened to me on several occasions and in two different 2000 astros which have been assigned to me. in speaking to three other drivers at our office, they have experienced the same problems. in my opinion this vehicle is very dangerous to drive, especially in bad weather.*ak
