| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This was a nhtsa campaign #95v246000. the dealer i took the truck to for the recall fixed the drivers seat at i believe 60000 miles. i don't think they did anything to the passenger's seat. since the dealer's repair i have had to replace the bolts again on the drivers seat, the dealer said gm was not responsible for doing the repair a second time. now at 123,000 miles the passengers seat bolts have failed. the dealer claims that the repair was performed before and offers no relief. repairs have been defective or seat would not be broken again. thank you for any help you might provide. |
