| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The cooling coils for air conditioning unit loacated in front of radiator, the fins are closing up. the week of 6/21/99 i took it to the dealership for a brake switch recall and showed them this condition. i was told they had never seen this before, and had no resolve. robert jacobs, works with me at my place of employment has the same year truck i have and his is the same way, 7/1/99 i walked through our parking lot and found 3 more gmc trucks and 1 chevrolet truck with same condition. i do not understand why my dealership is unaware of the problem, unless it has never been reported, i am not complaining i like my truck would just like to know whats going on. |
