Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I was sitting in a parking lot waiting for my mother to pay a bill. i had my engine off, but the power was on. i had my power window down. my two year old was looking out of the window. she stepped up and her foot pressed on the powerwindow button and the window raised up on her head and made a mark on her cheek. i tried to stop the window with the button on my side to quickly stop the window from raising, but it wouldn't override her button. i quickly reached over and got the button down, but if her head had been out of the window more, it would probably have broken her neck! there needs to be a safety warning issued to prevent a child from getting hurt or killed. i had never thought about this happening. had i been standing outside the car, etc., it would have caused serious injury and/or possible death.*ak |
