Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Decorative sleeve loop of trenchcoat snagged door handle while backing out of home garage and the driver's door fully opened. approximately two months later unfortunately i did it again but this time as i was backing out of the garage i was positioning the vehicle to the right. when the door opened, the door weight partially pulled me from the vehicle. i quickly pulled back with right hand on the steering wheel and ripped the sleeve of my london fog. i contacted general motors and stated my claim. their response: they don't see this as an issue and they recommended that i don't drive the vehicle when weariung a trenchcoat with sleeve loops. i requested their position in writing and they refused. now that's typical general motor's customer service. |
