Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Changing tire can be dangerous in poor light conditions. wrench handle became stuck in vehicle and was nearly impossible to remove without climbing under car and required use of a flashlight. changing a tire under these conditions could pose a serious safety hazard and coluld be easily remedied with a simple change in the wrench design. current design allows the wrench to be used both in lowering the tire and raising the jack. toyota could provide two ends at a small added cost to them to prevent this from happening.*ak
