Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My fisher price futura tray shield seat (79013 12/10/1999) has a problem with the small piece of webbing that attaches the tray to the seat. it keeps falling out. since it is not reliably connecting the tray to the seat, i have called fp who are requesting my seat via ups, will study it, and issue me a partial refund. this small section of webbing attaches to the tray via a small metal tab. this tab is inserted flat through a slit in the tray, where is usually lies flat against the inside of the tray, keeping the tray attached. i cannot dislodge this strap intentionally, but 3 times (including this morning) it has fallen out. i suspect that the angle of the tray in its up position allow the tab to fall to the wrong angle and slip through the slit. i am concerned that other tray shield models of the futura may be performing in a similar manner. please contact me with any more questions. i'm a cps tech.*ak
