| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We have been experiencing transmission problems since 15,000 miles and have taken the vehicle into the dealership a number of times to fix the problem, only to hear they could not duplicate the problem. the hesitation or slipping when stepping on the gas, has gotten so bad, we are afraid to jump out in traffic. on two occasions the transmission has locked up in second gear causing us to pull over, put it in park prior to proceeding. a fair amount of internet research has revealed the a large number of tl & cl owners have experienced transmission failures. this is not acceptable for a $32, 000 car.*ak |
