Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The paint on the hood bubbles up in the heat. they are like air bubbles. these bubbles are able to be popped. the situation gets worse when the vehicle sits outside. i know it isn't a chemical or something that got onto the surface to cause this because the car is kept clean all the time. there is never a time when the car is dirty.
