Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: When adjusting the straps on the on my way carseat by evenflo, the adjuster bar pulls off of the back of the car seat. this happened with the first car seat we had model #4471027p1 and i contacted evenflo. i was sent a replacement set of straps which were installed and again failed. i again contacted evenflo and they sent me a new car seat (on my way model # 8450prvnv) and i have the same problem. i was told by both evenflo representatives that the seat is still safe to use, but there is obvious stress markings on the car seat from the adjuster bars being pulled off. i can no longer use the carseat because the plastic is broken and i cannot reattach the adjuster bar.*ak
