| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My complaint is that these headlights are extremely dim and, therefore, can result in dangerous driving conditions at night, as well as in low visibility situations. i would like to see ford motor company offer us a solution to this problem. i know many other owners of this car who all echo my sentiments. thank you for any help you can give me (us).please note that i did not purchase my car at the dealer noted on this form. this dealership is, however, performing necessary maintenance to my lincoln.*ak |
