| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: A large number of reports of this component failing on 1999 & 2000 models has generated my concern. failures have been reported since 1999 and suzuki has not acknowledged a problem. owners of these model years suzuki gsx1300r motorcycles need to be made aware of the potential failure of the subframe under normal usage. reports have been made that a uk based engineering consulting firm has examined three individual subframes from these model year gsx1300r's and pronounced them "not fit for their designated purpose". please look into this issue on behalf of the thousands of owners of this motorcycle.*ak |
