| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Lump behind brake pedal. when i press on the brake pedal, the top of my foot (10.5 shoe size) presses against a lump which stops me from applying more pressure to the brake. to avoid this, i have to position my foot at an angle. unfortunately, when i need to apply the brake in a hurry, the last thing i think about is the angle of my foot. this is a very dangerous design flaw and i was wondering if your agency has come across this problem before. thank you.*ak |
