| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Poor lighting from low beam headlamps. virtually no visibility driving at night.during inclement weather at night road visibility is 0. though i have had no accidents at night, i have had several near misses. the lights have been checked and i'm informed that it is a design flaw on the part of ford motor company.but ford will not admit that there is any problem.and that they have never had any complaints.should you wish any further information into the investigation of this problem i would be happy to assist. |
