| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I took the car to the dealer at 19000 miles due to shimmy in car. the replaced all rotors and calipers on the car. i again had the issue at 36100 miles the dealer would not replace and i called the gm customer service number. the said it is due to driver error and a maintenance item. i now have 53,000 miles on the car and need to replace everything again. shouldn't rotors and calipers last more than 20,000 miles??? i have had numerous people approach me in parking lots complaining of the same issue.*ak |
