| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This vehicle when locked from the outside locks occupants inside with no way to escape. this happened to my family and we were saved by a passerby who heard us yelling and went to fetch the driver who had stepped away from the car locking it accidentally. we nearly suffocated. cars msut be equipped with a failsafe way to open a door or window, even with no power. this problem is just like the freezer chest latches than have now been outlawed. my family could have been killed by this defect. |
