| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Contacted gmc and had a return reply by cac@gmc.com apologizing for my dissatisfaction of having the upper and lower ball joints needed to be replace. that in my family we have 3 jimmy's and all of them different years, needing the same repair. this person said that i could log a complaint, in so, this is why i'm passing this on to this department. also in logging on i've listed my vin # with the 17 characters. the sight listed that i was giving an invalid # of less than 17 but, in fact i listed exactly the 17. mr |
