| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I had puchased this vehicle new from an authorized dealer. within a few months of purchase i had noticed that the gas mileage wasn't close to the estimated mpg which was 15 city and 17 highway. i was getting anywhere from 9.4 mpg to 10.5 mpg with average driving. i had also noticed the automatic transmission slipping. with these two major problems i had brought the vehicle back to the dealer from which i purchased the vehicle and reported the problems. they where no help. they insisted that it was the way that i was driving rather than the vehcile having defective parts. i am very unsatisfied with the product and the gm company. dt |
