| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My seat belt (drivers side)does not retract real well you have to push it back into the side wall of the car. i have noticed that other vin numbers have had a recall but not mine. i called ford in michigan to ask them how to get a recall started and they told me that i can not. then i asked them to fix my problem free of charge and they told me if i wanted it fixed that i would have to pay for it. i told them that it was a safty issue and that they should have to pay for it free of charge. dt |
