| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Kolcraft model # 23308lba, dom 20-aug-1999; harness/straps buckle unsnaps the latch plate. its very hard to get latch plate to buckle. child can unlatch the buckle. harness adjuster straps would cause the straps to tighten up on child. cannot loosen straps for the adjuster. *ak |
