| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer received recall 00v328000/ engine coolant system failure in jan 2001. contacted closest dealer, pioneer center, san diego, ca which was 150 miles away, made appointment. had to wait 3 weeks. went to appointment, and was told dealer could not perform recall because they had too many vehicles.consumer was upset because dealer could not guarantee an appointment, and refused to sell parts even if consumer paid for it.in meantime consumer was driving an unsafe vehicle.*ak |
