Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The consumer states that the vehicle is very difficult to handle. he had experienced wandering from side to side, making the steering a real problem. consumer had taken the vehicle for an evaluation, and was told that the steering/suspension was okay. the consumer in return had a friend of his check out the vehicle-(an owner of motor homes for years)-and kept the vehicle for seven days and his evalauation is as followed: no courtesy lights/or not able to find, unit is at max gross wt w/only two people, water, fuel, and generator, no tachometer, wanders constantly (max safe speed is 60 mph-over 67 mph/unsafe), unable to keep stability when large vehicles pass, feels as though a lot of weight in the rear/over /behind the rear axle-(as though it wants to swing out of line w/the front, and overall feels that this is a lost cause if the proper persons doesn't find a way to remove some of the weight from behind the rear wheels. the consumer then had taken the vehicle to gene's auto to remedy the problem and was referred to an engineer from the chrysler corp., who then had given instructions on what to do that may remedy the problem(s), (who was aware of the problem and was working to resolve). the consumer did so, but was still experiencing the same problems. the consumer is requesting his money back as designated by the california lemon law. *scc
