| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Three michelin tires, size: p195/55r15, dot: unknown experienced problems which dealership attributed to road hazard conditions. 1) while traveling 20 mph, righ/rear tire lost air pressure after traveling over a storm grade; 2) while traveling in traffic a metal pole fell off of a truck and caused a blowout in right/ front tire, and 3) after traveling 65 mph in a rut on a highway, a bubble formed in sidewall of tire. these tires were original equipment. please provide any additional information / attachments.*ak |
