| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When latching buckle there is a clicking sound. when pulling it, buckle just comes loose. child is able to get out of seat. manufacturer urges consumer to clean the latch.*ak consumer is not happy about the solution given by the manufacturer above. the representative informed consumer that lint or dust from the air or any dirt partical will cause this type of problem. also that there was a latch cover especially designed for this defect but it wasn't possible for it to be sent to the consumer. the model is britax. *jg |
