Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: After driving for a long time the passenger seat riser overheated at a high temperature, that could burn passenger at touch.*ak the dealer confirmed that the seat riser gets very hot, but there is nothing the dealer can do because it is a design flaw and not a maintenance one. consumer called chrysler, who took down the information but nothing has been done to rectify the problem. *jg
