| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Model 8442yl date 03-27-02; when trying to adjust the straps to the top holes the adjustable part on the right hand side was threaded wrong. the piece does not catch the strap possibly twisting. this allows the child not to be restrained. also, there is a hard piece of plastic that pokes the childs head through the headrest. please describe details. mr |
