Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: The consumer contacted the dealer in advance to schedule appointment for recall remedy 03v077000 and verify that parts would be available. the dealer confirmed. on 05/15/03, consumer arrived for appointment was told would be approximately 1.5 hours. after 2 hours, consumer inquired as to status of remedy, the dealer advised that the were only able to fix 1 of the mirrors because did not have the parts for the second mirror. the dealer was also very rude not informing the customer when the needed part would arrive or how they would notify her. *nlm
