| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the brake's abs system is malfunctioning. the brakes are not engaging properly at low and high speeds. the brakes have to be pumped a couple of times before you can come to a complete stop. the consumer has had the brakes replaced once. the dealer was the one to replace the brakes. the speeds are between 20-30, high 40-50 when you have to start pumping them. if you hit a bump at low speeds the brakes will push back up instead of down. the consumer has had this problem for 5 years. the dealer was informed that there was a problem on the vehicle. the consumer was in a minor accident because of the brake failure. *tt |
