| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Lower control arms were replaced, because of rust. *ph the consumer received a recall notification regarding the lower control arm replacement, when the consumer called to make an appointment she was told the parts were not available and to call back a t a later date. the consumer then went to have the brake son the vehicle inspected because of a noise and the mechanic informed her the passenger side lower control arm was on the verge of collapsing. the dealer eventually replaced both lower control arms. *jb |
