| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Head rest that came with child seat effects the harness fit. *mr the head rest that came as original equipment with the vehicle affected the harness fit. when the straps were threaded through the upper strap slot and then through the head rest it appeared that the straps were coming out of the restraint at or below the shoulders. the straps were actually too high on the seat to properly restrain the infant.
