Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The consumer received a recall letter from american honda motor company indicating there was a defect in the frame welding. the consumer then received a letter from the manufacturer indicating that there was not a problem with the motorcycle and to disregard the previous letter. another letter was sent from the manufacturer indicating to disregard the last letter, there was a recall for the frame weld and to bring the vehicle to a dealer for repair. this is causing confusion in regards to the repair of the motorcycle. please provide further details. *jb |
