Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The vehicle experienced a brake problem. the calipers were missing the retaining rings. the rubber boots were pulled into the brake cylinder which caused brake failure. the toyota mfr refused to acknowledge the problem. *nm the consumer was unaware of the low brake fluid function given through the emergency brake light indication. the vehicle was losing fluid at a slow rate more so in the right wheel than in the left. the consumer requested reimbursement. *sc the consumer stated the dust boot retaining rings on the calipers were never installed at the manufacturer *jb |
