| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Recall notification ltr to secy mineta fm copper tire co. in pursuant to section 3 of the tread act involving approximately 441 tires manufactured by cooper listed on the attached defect and non-compliance info report, s10-040210-002. *la the affected tires may have inner liner tears caused by the process of ejecting the tire form the mold after curing. it was observed that the condition existed and appears only in the interior bead areas at approximately from the bead toe. the tires affected have been isolated to a single press location. the press medallion label was e13l which was molded directly adjacent to the dot serial number.
