| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dispute with regard to mechanical failure and negligent service performed on 1999 isuzu rodeo. *ph the vehicle appeared to have a common problem with the engine revving up and down erratically which caused the rpm's to race up and down while the vehicle surged in gear. the consumer stated the problem was corrected when the iac motor, sensor and asm switch was replaced. the vehicle had a strong fuel smell, it was discovered, the mechanic failed to replace two bolts which held a fuel bracket and hose on the back if the intake. after the constant surging of the vehicle over a long period of time, the transmission went out.*jb |
