| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Three days after purchase, the vehicle loss power. *ph (the consumer purchased a cottman transmission which so called guaranteed a 70k mile warranty with the purchase) when the vehicle was in motion, the vehicle lost power, the light had come on and the consumer nearly had an accident in which he was unable to get out of the way of oncoming traffic. the dealer were not willing to honor the warranty. cottman stated that they did not cover the electronic components. *sc |
