| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I just had my 3rd transmission failure. the 1st time was 9/94 and the car was under warranty at 10,150 miles, 2nd time on 12/93 at 69,300 miles and not under warranty, 3rd time 1/2000 at 128,000 miles and not under warranty. dealer replaced at no charge the first time, mazda paid for the part 2nd time and i paid the labor; 3rd time mazda has refused to pay for any of the repair. i believe it is unreasonable for a transmission to be defective 3 times in 130,000 miles. further, there are many consumer complaints regarding the same transmission problems for this make and model. should this be a recall? a class action suit? your assistance is appreciated. *ak |
