Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Transmission failed without warning causing vehicle to be stuck in 7th gear. i am bringing this to your attention. due to the fact that many people have filed complaints, yet there is still no recall on this transmission. some people have experienced several failures. having to have the transmission to be replaced several times. something has to be done. replacing a failed transmission with another that is soon to fail on you again. is not a solution to this problem. yet spicer continues to get away with replacing these transmissions with the same faulty transmission over and over again. what is it going to take? we are talking about commercial vehicles here, hauling freight up and down our nations highways. i hope it isn't going to take one of these transmissions to fail resulting in someone having a accident. or pieces flying off of a truck resulting in someone else having a accident or causing a fatality. please many people have complained about this transmission. i was directed to your site from the many others who have complained. please lets solve this problem before something tragic happens. thank you! *ak
