| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have had to replace the horns on this vehicle four times. every time it rains the position of the horn assembly under the hood and adjacent to the front wheels, apparently permits water to enter the horn and cause it to short out. whatever the reason, the horns do not function properly. if the decibal level could be measured i am sure it would not be considered at all safe. the manufacturer claims not to have had a problem with other vehicles of the same design, etc. my opinion is not having a working horn is absolutely a safety issue and needs to be addressed by the manufacturer and ntsa. *ak |
