Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The pressurized hoses that connect the injector rails and the cold start injector to the main (plastic) fuel supply lines pass directly over distributor. exhaust from radiator cooling also blows directly to this area of the engine compartment. over time / at around 116k miles, said hoses had hardened developing a leak that was squirting fuel directly at the distributor. since one of the leaking hoses is factory crimped to the fuel suppy line, removing it only served to further complicate the replacement process. *ak |
