| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On three separate occasions the air conditioner quit cooling first two times dealer could not find coolant leak. on the second recharge of the cooling system the dealer added a leak detection dye to the system so if it quit working again it would be easyer to find leak. on 7 march 2000 we tested the airconditioner, and again it did not work. took to different dealer , they found the leak in the evaporater core which was still under warranty. the dealer did repair at no cost to me. but the first two time i had to pay for charging the system. i need to know how get reimbursed for those expenses since it was a warranty item all the time. the charges i incurred totaled to $103.58. *ak |
