| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Head gasket blew out on engine. contacted ford customer service department and was told that even though my vehicle has the exact same problem as all the other 3.8 litre engines with the exact same head gasket defect as all the other 3.8 litre engines that they are willing to repair, due to the year model of my car they will not cover the exact same repair that they are willing to correct for the other seven hundred thousand people who have the same engines in their vehicles. i feel that if there is a defect with their product it is their responsibility to repair the defect. *ak |
