Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: On may 3, 2000 i took my plymouth voyager to roberson motors in salem, or because of a broker bolt attaching the strut to the rear hatch on the right rear of the vehicle, with subsequent damage to the headliner. upon inspection and appraising the damage, they found washers that were too small, causing the bolts to snap. i was told there should be a recall on it. upon checking they were surprised to find it was not listed as recalled. they suggested i call chrysler and inquire about reimbursement as it clearly fit the description of "recall 730". i understand that when the problem was identified, recall was made, and the problem was corrected at the factory, however it was obviously not corrected on this vehicle and still poses a problem on the left side. hoping we can have this problem taken care of by chrysler but not getting anywhere. thank you, patricia spence |
