| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The vehicle's gas pedal stuck and when tapped to free it, surged forward at considerable speed over a curb, over the top of a fence wall (about 18" high at parking lot level) and through a cyclone fence, dropping about eight feet to the side of a railroad track. the distance covered to go over the wall was about five feet and occurred so rapidly the brakes could not be applied. *ak |
