| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This truck is used for light hauling (personal) of my lawn mower and snow plowing my residence. continuous/excessive braking was not applied, therefore no reason for brake rotors to be warped at 26k miles (except a design deficiency). the dealer is saying this is the only time they will be able to help me. with this kind of attitude i am concerned about a repeat of the same deficiency in another 26k miles (out of warranty). this sounds like the dealer is wanting to pass the buck and blame the customer. *ak |
