| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: the brake rotors and pads keep wearing out, and the vehicle makes a chatter noise and vibrates when the brakes are applied. the consumer took the vehicle to the dealership and the brakes were replaced six times. the problem started on august 21, 2000. the replace brakes wore out at six to seven thousand miles. the dealership replaced the front rotors, the pads, the front calipers, installed a technical service bulletin ( tsb) kit, resurfaced the front rotors, rear brakes pads, and rear rotors; each of these have been done multiply times. there have been no accidents as of yet. *ak |
