| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While driving to the gas station in a 25 mph. zone my truck suddenly swerved to the right at that point i hit the curb and a tree i had no control of the steering or brakes , the tire was blown out on impact and the truck staled out . it had to be towed to a repair shop , after the repairs were done the mechanic explained that i had a right idler arm that was defective, and snapped in the middle while i was driving. i do have this part here. *akthankyou.( dot number: tire size: p23575s15 ) |
