| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This is 3 rd trans failure for this vehicle, for which i am still making payments on and not being able to use. after talking to others and transmission shop also it appears to be a major problem and has been for many years. i believe chrysler knows they have a problem and should repair and replace these units at a no-charge or at the least a pro-rated per mileage price. the last transmission lasted 60000 miles and i'm an easy driver and very maintenance minded....why are all these manufactuers allowed to get away with these monsterous repair costs when they gave us faulty equipment in the first place......i want my vehicle repaired!!!!! |
