| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While entering my driveway, the wire cable which attaches the spare tire broke, causing the spare tire to drop to the ground. this 1/8 inch wire cable is the only thing holding the spare in place. when it breaks, the wheel falls out on to the road. it did not cause a problem, since it happened at low speed, while entering my driveway. however, i would hate to be following a vehicle, at highway speed, if the same thing should happen. *ak |
