| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Visor contains spring which jammed and caused visor to jam; when daughter (on learner's permit) tried to move it the metal broke and visor came down in her face. luckily she was going fairly slow and is left-handed so she jerked the car to the right (because her left hand was trying to get the visor out of the way) - the car rolled up on the curb blowing both passenger side tires, but did no other damage. however, if this had occurred five minutes earlier when we were on the interstate, things could have been much worse. |
